HarbourSide Web was started on Sydney's North Shore by someone who spent time going door to door talking to local business owners. The same conversation came up again and again: "I know I should be getting more Google reviews, but I just don't know how to ask."

That conversation led to a simple product: a card that makes asking unnecessary. A customer walks out satisfied, they tap their phone near the card, and they're on your Google review page before they've even reached the door.

We're an Australian-owned small business based on Sydney's North Shore. We sell directly to local businesses across Australia — cafes, restaurants, trades, salons, clinics, and anyone else who depends on their Google reputation to win new customers.

We're not a big agency or a tech platform. We make one product well: the Google Review Card — a pre-programmed NFC card that removes every barrier between a happy customer and their Google review.
